Faith Realty and Associates, Inc. has been serving the Atlanta area, primarily north Atlanta, since 1995. We are a full service broker, providing assistance in buying, selling and leasing commercial and residential properties, including raw land.
 
Tom Baughman, founder and broker, leads the firm's commercial and residential practice. Prior to establishing Faith Realty, Tom served as a manager for Union Oil Company of California. Combining retail and real estate expertise, he franchised 10-minute oil change service centers nationwide. He handled the real estate requirements for Unocal Corporation, including market analysis and the sale of 96 properties. Tom has over 40 years of real estate experience, representing both buyers and sellers. His expertise includes site selection, valuation, market analysis, condemnation proceedings and zoning issues. His years in the retail oil distribution business have given him an acute awareness and understanding of the issues surrounding environmental concerns. A graduate of Furman University, he holds a master's degree in business from Capitol University in Columbus, Ohio.
